The Iranian government is claiming that the death of Neda Soltan was staged. The new president-not-elect Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has also asked the police to find the killer. Since O. J. Simpson offered a bounty for finding his wife’s killer, we have not seen such amateurish misinformation campaign.
How are you so sure that Ahmedinejad is a non-elect-president?
ReplyDeletePS: I'm not Iranian
That is truly a sickening thought, but if those thugs didn't kill her, who did the protesters?
ReplyDeleteand why?
I have to agree with the Anonymous comment here Nader, how do you know for sure Ahmadeinejad wasn't elected?
It plain to see that the Iranian peopleneed a clean sweep of there governmental officals and to get new good people into the governmental offical positions. The current supreme leader and president has over stayed there welcome and they have been lead onto the wrong path. Also there mental state of mind is in question. They are not fit to lead especially a country such as Iran.Iran needs new good, sound holy, leadership as soon as possible. As for Neda murder.its was either a case of her being at the wrong place at the wrong time and was sited to shoot/kill.Or it was a deliberate murder of her say by a enemy.Could be a variety of reason why she was one of the ones shot at and in her case it lead to her death.Such a tragety, heart break, for such a beautiful nice young Iranian Lady. Its so sad that she and others lost there lives in a open election protest in Iran.Who ever did the shootings needs to be tracked down, found on who did it and arrested and brought to justice and stand trail and receive judgement by a court of Law.The protestors didnt have guns were not armed.they were unarmed.Neda was unarmed.Goes to show what the current governmental regime in charge is like, and they sure are not holy either or doing Gods will either, they are doing things there way, not Gods way or Gods will..Be Strong: Thomas
ReplyDeleteHi, I'm the first anonymous (not the 2nd)
ReplyDeleteI agree that the death of Neda Soltan is a horrible crime, but I don't think that Ahmedinejjad or Khamenei gave the order to kill her
Zionist bastards are trying to f*** the Iranian gouvernment up, just 'cause Islamic Republic of Iran is a strong resistant country that threatens the zionist state, and they do not support the protestors 'cause they love them or because they fight for peace , love and democracy.
Obama said "Iranian people" but the protestors don't represant the hole country, an undeniable fact is that protestors are a minority.
How can you be sure that these elections are rigged? If it's like this so I announce that the elections that Khatami won are rigged too.

ReplyDeleteCountries that are attacking the Iranian government have forgotten what happened in London during the G20

For the readers and friends who are asking question on the election results, alow me to refer you to my post on Monday 29 June, entitled "Who Really Won" and its comments section. I do understand that some of you will repeadly say that the election was fair. My request from you: in the name of defending Iran against external threats, do not ignore the realities on the ground. the last two weeks were among the most brutal periods in the thirty years history of Islamic Republic. The "revolution" turned against millions of youths who were born and raised under the Islamic Republic. Please separate international politics and human rights for the people of Iran.
ReplyDeleteThe purpose of the post, howevr, was not the election and its results. But a note how amateurish the misinformation campaign on Neda's killing has become, it's disgusting. next they might claim that she had committed suicide. Always when it comes to choose the side between an all powerful government and a young person, however misguided you think h/she is, err on the side of the individual. Governmets are in the business of covering up their mistakes and in this case their crime.
Needless to say, i do welcome your comments, even if and especially when it is against my views. Thanks again for your readership and participation. this small site belongs as much to you s to its writers.
Thanks,
Nader

ReplyDeleteWhat you just said is absolutely true, but in our world, I've never seen a government that respects human rights. All what they're talking about is bullshit.
But I agree that violence against protesters must be stopped, and human rights must be respected in Iran because an Islamic republic must repect human rights.
I am a Moussavi voter and I am sick of those Not Voters abroad trying to deface Iran. I stopped protesting as soon as Pahlavi and Rajavi and BBC and VOA started supporting me.
ReplyDeleteOur green reformist movement was killed by those Iranians abroad again. who never voted anyway
Now we greens all advice each other not to do anything to please foreign intervension.
Long Live Iran and Iranian independence.
from all those who died I dont know why she is the one who turned into an icon in West first and then Iran!
ReplyDeletethey are playing you!
At first I was surprised why Nader took such a strong anti-Iran stance. Now I realize his bread and butter comes from America, not Iran. He's got to speak their line or face isolation, like alot of the expats have to do. Sad and pathetic to say the least. Oh yeah, happy 4th of July to you too Nader ;)
ReplyDeleteTo my last anonymous reader, I believe you are mistaking the phraze anti-Fascist with anti-Iran. Happy 4th!
ReplyDeleteYou're anti going hungry.
ReplyDeleteAnti not being to find a job in America.
ReplyDeleteNobody in America is going to pay you for a real analysis anyway. They're gona pay you for being their loyal lapdog, and you're doing a fine job of that.
ReplyDeleteWhen you wrote your atricles in the back of your head was the brutal truth that someone you know might type your name on Google. Maybe your coworkers or future employer. If you would have written the truth you risk getting isolated. In all you writing you can see American infulence. Have some honor and choose a line of work where you don't have to sell you soul.
