Do you know anything about the larger 'blue water' ships and submarines the IRIN is said to be building?

Sorry I'm getting to this so late. No, I've just included this post and link to the reading list. It should be noted that this new report borrows heavily from previous articles of Fariborz Haghshenass.
I'll post more about shipbuilding for the IRIN in a future post.
