It rained in Tehran on Monday and the city ended its state of emergency that was in effect because of dangerous air quality in the past three weeks.

Stopping the youth from getting their lightest shoppings with cars and other devices is a firtst step in cleaning the air. As long as the west does not makes this issue a dictatorship issue, and call the Human rights watch to pee on Iran .
