Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi today arrived in the Omani capital of Muscat on a daylong visit to hold talks with Omani officials. Referring to the Arab Spring, Salehi said significant developments are underway “which will influence all the countries in the region." Earlier, Salehi had visited Qatar, and from Muscat he will fly to Ankara for a visit to Turkey [IRNA, 4 May].
