Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei today reappointed Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani as the chairman of the Expediency Council for another 5-year term. The appointment ends months of speculations, and expectations by the country’s extreme right, that the moderate Rafsanjani was being forced to retire from public life.

This man is the head criminal of the mullah mafia regime.
ReplyDeleteIts quite a feet to survive this regime from the inside and trying to be in the opposition (by Iranian definition of course).
ReplyDeleteHe managed to boycot the election, while people like ex-president Khatemi registered their vote, and yet the regime's supreme leader couldn't find the courage to fire him.
My guess is that Rafsanjani will survive but the regime won't.

ReplyDeleteRafsanjani is the main founder of the regime.
You shouldn't mix things up! Khomeini,Khamenei,Rafsanjani,
Mousavi,Karroubi and Khatami they are part and parcel of the same evil.
Once the regime falls Rafsanjani will definitely be the first to be put on trial.
After all he and his family benefited the most from the so called "revolution".
