Kazem Jalali, a member of Iranian Majlis, told ISNA today that the
reported basing of US stealth jet fighters in the UAE is “a US-Israel plot to
create regional instability.” [ISNA, 29 April].
Jalali made the remarks in response to published reports in the media
in the past 24 hours that the US military has deployed an undisclosed number of
F-22 Raptors, its most sophisticated stealth jet fighter, to the region and stationed them at Abu Dhabi’s Al Dhafra
Air Base. The deployment was first reported in the journal Aviation Week. The
US and UAE officials have not yet commented on the report.
Let them come. The U.S. stealth F-22 Raptor will no longer be 'stealth', once, when it comes to Iran's electronic warfare system just like the downing of the world's most advanced spy drone of the U.S.'s RQ-170 Sentinel, onto iranian soil last December.
ReplyDeleteNo one knows what Iran does really have in its possessions. It is just a riddle.
Easy for you to say they are of no problem! Let's hope we never get in a situation to test your theory. The two countries need to resolve their disagreement peacefully. Too much to loose otherwise.
ReplyDeleteNo mat,the F22s are no problem because the "mighty Islamic republics" air force (joke) will be able to provide the US air force targets to practice on.
ReplyDeleteIrans possessions amount to a bunch of scud style missiles and some antique aircraft coupled with some naive and fanatical illiterate basij mentality retards who think they can fight the US and the whole world.
But in reality they couldn't even defeat Iraq after a eight year war.
mat, thank you for another of your hilarious comments about the military prowess of the minions of the theocracy.
ReplyDeleteshould, sadly, a war break out, Iran will indeed be riddled by Raptors
Question:

ReplyDelete'IRAN ARMY GAINS CAPABILITY TO INTERCEPT, REDIRECT ENEMY MISSILES: CMDR.
ReplyDeleteMon Apr 30, 2012 9:31AM GMT
The commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Air Defense Base says the Iranian Army has achieved the capability to intercept and deflect enemy missiles away from their targets.
"Any missile will be destroyed or re-routed before reaching Iran, and will hit a target of our choosing," Fars news agency quoted Brigadier General Farzad Esmaeili as saying on Monday.
These systems will carry out their tasks whenever a threat is posed, Esmaeili added.
In recent years, Iran has made major breakthroughs in its defense sector and attained self-sufficiency in important military equipment and systems.
Commenting on a bid by members of the [Persian] Gulf Cooperation Council along with the US to deploy a missile system in the Persian Gulf, the Iranian commander said the countries resorting to such means certainly perceive a weakness in their defenses.
In March, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton held talks in Saudi Arabia about a plan for a Persian Gulf missile system to counter what she described as potential threats from Iran.
This is while Iran has announced time and again that “deterrence” lies at the heart of its defense doctrine, and that its military might poses no threats to other countries.

'US F-22 WARPLANES NO THREAT TO IRAN: MP
ReplyDeleteMon Apr 30, 2012 5:49PM GMT
An Iranian lawmaker says deployment of US F-22 Raptor stealth fighters at an airbase in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is nothing new and cannot be considered a threat to the Islamic Republic.
Member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Hossein Ebrahimi stressed that the UAE will never be able to use its military equipment against Iran, Majlis official news agency, ICANA, quoted him as saying on Monday.
“Although the UAE and other sheikdoms are by resorting to military equipment trying to elevate their position, the reality shows that no [other] country in the region is as dignified and powerful as the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he added.
The lawmaker said Iran defeated its enemies during the Iraqi-imposed war and became the superior power of the region despite the fact that the Baath regime was given all kinds of advanced war equipment and even chemical bombs by world powers.
“The UAE and other sheikdoms of the Persian Gulf are not in a position to pose a threat to Iran. They are not able or capable of using [the military] equipment provided by the US,” he said.

ReplyDeleteSo you're saying that you are the only Iranian residing in Tehran and you know better?
That's your negative opinion.
Now we know why they are here.

They will be gone soon., but a good test for Irans Radar system ;)

ReplyDeleteAnon 7:15 PM.....You are not residing in Tehran.Lets just keep it at that.
ReplyDeletePeople pay no attention to the troll...you can come to this site from Iran. I dont know why its such a big deal for him anyways.
ReplyDeleteDue to the heavy censorship in the internet by the IRI,Uskowi and other blog sights are blocked for access, unless of course you are operating from the ministry of intelligence building in Tehran.
ReplyDeleteSo Anon 7:28 PM don't strain yourself to much, might lead you to injury(:o)
Once again, the troll is back and spitting his vomit - none of which is true, of course. For him its all faith based and make belief. I think he might have sprained his brain in the process.
ReplyDeleteHere is one way to find out the truth: go to icq.com #Persian Room (yes, iranians can access that site, as well.) and ask for his/her location, then ask the person to enter this site.
Oh, but next the troll will probably claim that all of the people in that chat room are liers, and that they are all outside Iran.
Since when are you the spokes person of the Iranian people?
ReplyDeleteI rather believe that "Troll"than a Hezbollah Troll like you.If you do access this site as you claim in Iran by giving your location then more the fool you.
But I agree with him when he said this blog can be accessed from the ministry of intelligence building in Tehran.

'Iran warns its navy can reach 3 miles off New York'
ReplyDeleteYnetnews, 04 May 2012
TEHRAN, May 4: Iran's Navy has the ability to deploy its vessels three miles off the US east coast, a high-ranking Iranian Navy commander was quoted as saying by the Fars news agency.
"Our naval forces are so powerful that we have a presence in all the waters of the world and, if needed, we can move to within three miles of New York," Revolutionary Guards Navy Commander Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi was quoted as saying during a speech to students at the University of Yazd earlier this week.
The admiral was speaking on the anniversary of the failed 1980 US attempt to rescue American hostages held captive in the US embassy in Tehran.
Meanwhile, Revolutionary Guards Aerospace Commander Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh said Iran was capable of crippling or disabling US aircraft carriers, Fars said.
"First, sinking an aircraft carrier is not a complicated task," Hajizadeh said. "Second, an aircraft carrier is equipped with so many advanced, delicate, and sensitive devices … that it could be incapacitated by even the smallest explosion."
Look who's talking!
ReplyDeleteHaven't you put your head into the iced water bucket yet,Dariush?
