Iran’s
Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said today the Iranian military will
dispel any “thoughts of invasion,” and that Iran would never “give in” to any
attack or act of aggression. (IRIB/AP, 12 October)
Khamenei’s
remarks came a day after he advised the European countries not to be “foolish”
to continue supporting sanctions against Iran, saying the Europeans were
sacrificing themselves for the sake of the United States.

Why would anyone need to invade Iran? They've created an economic blockade.
What's funny is that Khamenei (and I believe he is sincere) does not even want a nuclear bomb!
That enriched uranium, apparently done purely for lajbazee, is the most costly product in the world!
The West only and a futile option is to attempt an invasion, because Iran is too strong for smaller actions like airstrikes or economical blocade.

pure Dysentaryish drippings Iran is not too strong to withstand whatever the West wishes to do.
perhaps too proud to admit how very weak it really is in comparison but it can not defend its territory against Western airstrikes, it can only suffer them and try to launch terror attacks against civilians in response.

it can not defend its territory against Western airstrikes
But it can defend itself against Western occupation and I would be very surprised if the West resort to airstrikes only.
7:14--- sorry and hope your computer enjoyed sharing tea with you.

beside my fervent wish that it doesn't come to any Western military action against Iran, I doubt that, if it does, the West hasn't learned a very large lesson from the fiasco that was the aftermath of the invasion of Iraq and there will be no occupation of Iran that isn't exceedingly carefully planned from the start.
Anons for the West
How long do you keep a fake smile in order to show your teeth and the "LOL", as many permanent losers in this world do, gradually withering without traces and the prizes.

One has to constantly upgrade its information in order to make any conclussions.
Recent news bring information that Mr. Putin has chaired Russia's Security Council on Friday, where they reviewed Syria's situation.
The other earlier news informed that Mr. Putin canceled his visit to Turkey...and that if it happens, it will not be earlier than in December...
The Soviet Union was defeated in Afganistan because the West had helped rebels; and by a comparison, if other countries will help Islamic Republic, the West will be defeated the same way.
I would even dare to say that Islamic Republic has sufficient ability for prolonged resistance without any significant outside military help, during at least of couple months..
At present, the West suffers heavy losses despite superior quality and quantity of its armament over the poorly equipped Taliban. The future for Afganistan draws a probability's picture where the Taliban returns to the power...
My previous information about events in Russia fortify a conclussion, that Russia will not be idle in a case of any war against Iran, and without any doubt in the case of any ground incursion.
There are over 5000 russian troops in Armenia, which has the border with Iran...and there is the Caspian Sea too...
