Could be what you said a rescue of IRGC hostages in Syria.
Or preparation of Basig and IRGC units for upcoming anti regime riots throughout Iran.

IRGC military maneuvers 'Toward Jerusalem' aimed at residents of Tehran, not Tel Aviv

Iran could, or perhaps they have already done, train Syrian forces for urban warfare.

"Toward Jerusalem"...Can someone explain to me why any self-respecting Iranian would care about Jerusalem, or anything to do with Israel, one way or the other?

Good thinking on part on Fars news to blurr the faces of their buddies.
These government's agents of terror will probably stand trial one day.

The second guy on the motorbike with a mortar on his shoulder - Good luck, using that thing, frankly it is impossible and even if by some miracle he was able to reload that mortar 'on the move' it is still very dangerous for him and his mate! Firing that thing in that position would rip his shoulder open! Such incompetence!!! Sigh...

the motorbike is used to move the mortar team... not as a firing platform...(i would add a rude comment but oh well)
