Iran has asked a number of international firms to help pull out
its oil platform which was drowned yesterday in the Persian Gulf waters. Offshore platform of the phase 13 of the South Pars gas field drowned
while being installed.
(Fars News Agency, 29 January)
Iran Marine Industrial Company (SADRA) was the contractor responsible for building and installing the platform. Mehr News Agency quoted Iran's Pars Oil and Gas Company's deputy managing director Sepehr Sepehri as saying that experts are making attempts to pull out the offshore platform, but the rescue operations of the 1300-ton platform are facing with problems due to bad weather.
The phase 13 of the South Pars field is projected to yield 50
million cubic meters of gas.

DeleteSo if failure and accident happens that means what? A pillar of "scientific achievement" is FAILURE! Every practical engineer knows this rule by heart. As a matter of fact there is a saying "Success is 99% Failure".
DeleteExcuses, excuses. You people always come up with some excuses.
DeleteThere is no excusing you people.
In the regimes case total failure is a success!
DeleteNow you can go and beat your chests for your failures.
