Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu said today that the real threat to regional security is not West
Bank settlements but rather Iran’s nuclear program.
“The problem is not building [settlements]… The problem in the Middle East is Iran’s attempt to build nuclear weapons… This was, and remains, the main mission facing not only myself and Israel, but the entire world.” (The Times of Israel, 20 January)
Netanyahu made the comments on the eve of the Israeli elections he is widely
expected to win. He told a group of visiting US senators this weekend that so
long as he is prime minister, “Iran will not acquire nuclear weapons.”“The problem is not building [settlements]… The problem in the Middle East is Iran’s attempt to build nuclear weapons… This was, and remains, the main mission facing not only myself and Israel, but the entire world.” (The Times of Israel, 20 January)

Again election time, and again empty rhetoric time... they always come together, whether it is Iran or Israel... both make me sick... none of the leaders will be the ones paying any price in an eventual aftermath if things ever go hot militarily, so they sure can do a lot of talking, since they won't bear any burden. Instead, they will indeed collect the votes, and in Bibi's case, hardliner votes would certainly be a plus. In practical terms, no need to go in lengths to describe how unrealistic and foolish an Israeli solo initiative would be against Iran, others have done a pretty good documented job in that regard several times already on this blog, and this liar knows the picture much better through the intelligence circles from whom he disqualifies the reports regularly... and still goes on with his now hallmark saber rattling, while the Israeli public copes with its harshest social issues and hardships ever, and all he has in store for them is more stories of F-16Is going bravely at their targets, thousands of kilometers away from the problems at home. In fact, it's his chutzpah that astonishes me the most in that context. He's got nerve indeed when he dismisses so easily his own ongoing crimes against humanity through the countless dispossession, forced evictions and murders in Palestinian camps and homes... diverting public opinion from a several hundred-strong nuclear arsenal, and trumping so many UN resolution in the process every time, and the world just watches and "condemns", or sometimes "regrets" while still arming them for free and trading with settlement-based businesses. A interesting world indeed !
ReplyDeleteIs this imbecile nuttin yahu's rant really newsworthy? What else would this crazy Zionist mutt say anyway?
ReplyDeleteANOTHER SALVO from middle East's biggest lair!!.
ReplyDeleteIsrael has grounded its unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Azerbaijan after Iran’s capture of two US-made RQ-150 drones. Israeli officials are convinced that Iran is trying to seize their drones, currently under Azerbaijan’s control. Iranian military experts are capable of disrupting the navigation system of the Israeli drones even before takeoff and when parked in the hangar. That has infuriated the Israelis.

One can't help but feel the omnipotence of this cucko.
ReplyDeleteHe'd better worry about his coalition choices now anyway, rather than a distant country 80 times bigger than his own...
