The Iranian nuclear negotiators have arrived in Istanbul
to take part in an “expert level” meeting with P5+1 on 17-18 March. These
technical talks were agreed upon in Almaty last month and will be followed by a
meeting of the principles, dubbed Almaty II, in April.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi has described
the February Almaty talks as a “milestone” and a “turning point in the negotiations.”

Let's hope they are. Unless of course Obama backtracks like he did with the Turks and Brazilians when the Iranians agreed with his terms, signed the Tehran Declaration, only for Obama not being able to take "yes" for an answer.

German lawmaker, Jan van Aken, deputy head of the German Left Party, has described Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano as a “US puppet” in his handling of Iran’s nuclear energy dossier.
He also reiterated that Amano has no will of his own and is only a vehicle for the implementation of US scenarios.
