There is a mistaken outside impression that young Iranians inside Iran do not pursue recreational lifestyles. As this video aptly demonstrates, young men and women inside the Islamic Republic of Iran do enjoy themselves in pursuits we Americans generally refer to as manifestations of freedom.

Not thanks to the Iranian regime, but in despite of the Iranian regime. I have read hundreds of trip reports of foreign tourists in Iran, and all of them speak about the Iranian youth who is tired of their own regime, system and current ideology in the country. All of them want to be free, and they know that the Iranian regime is damaging their country's image in the world.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pyruz, for proving that the spirit and strength of the Iranian youth is much stronger than the regime's violent and hatred character.
WHICH MEANS you are out of the country !only depending on some reports from foreign tourists to give you the political picture of the country! even Paul Idon has His own confidants who tell him that his Persia is in ruins thanks to a lying regime in IRAN!.
Deletepeople like you have no one to fool about the noble nation of IRAN except themselves!.
Which means completely nothing, besides me reading how westerners, who have visited Iran, view Iran and the Iranian people. Some human interest from my part. Perhaps first ask me such question before drawing your own conclusions.
DeleteTell me B.M.A what reports do you depend on?
DeleteOh wait a minute,Press TV and other Islamo fascist propaganda networks.
Now go and grab yourself some cool aid :o)
Oh yes, the Islamic Republic allows Iranians a great measure of freedom. For example, it allows women to dress how they want. You have to love the profound "observations" of West-residing Groupies and propagandists of the Islamist regime.
ReplyDeleteLet's talk about infant mortality.
DeleteAbsolutely! We can definitely talk about the IRI's pathetic standard of living (its rankings in infant mortality, life expectancy, literacy, GDP per capita, etc). Or when we can talk about an Islamist terrorist tyranny led by a bunch of lice-ridden mullahs and their murderous, savage, illiterate hangers-on. We can talk about how that tyranny denies Iranians freedom of speech, press, and assembly and freedom of and from religion. We can talk about how it has executed many thousands of Iranians for their politics, their religion, and their morals. We can talk about how it sent hundreds of thousands of young men and teenagers to die in a failed attempt to "liberate" Karbala and then Qods for that animal Khomeini. We can talk about how it treats half the population as having less worth than a man. And let's also talk about the Cyber-Groupies who live in the West and vomit up propaganda on the Islamist terrorist tyranny's behalf while living thousands of miles away. What do you say?
DeleteI say let's forget about all the nonsense you just said and focus on infant mortality. What do you think? Oops! Sorry you don't really think, you just regurgitate Fox News and Monsieur O'Reilly. OK, that shouldn't be a problem. Let's go back to infant mortality.
DeleteA West-residing IRI Groupie asks and a West-residing Groupie shall receive:
Deletehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_infant_mortality_rate
West-residing IRI Groupies don't do well with the truth, do they? Lying is an ingrained habit for them.
The very link you provided gives two different rankings. The "Five years averages estimates by the United Nations" puts Iran's average at 27.16 deaths / 1000 births between 2005 to 2010. That is somewhere in the middle as the map indicates as well. Yet you chose to go with your owner's (CIA) ranking and say Iran is 151.
DeleteThat's why all you say is 100 man yek ghaaz. And let's forget about numbers and statistics and talk about infant mortality in a philosophical and abstract sense. What is infant mortality? Why is it so important? And what is life? What is mortality? What is infant? LOL! Let us just focus on the term "infant mortality."
You aren't the sharpest tool in the shed, are you? West-residing IRI Groupies never are. The ranking of Number 151 was for literacy. The above link is for infant mortality, where the IRI ranks 108 -- again, not even in the Top 100.
DeleteThat should show you how frivolous your numbers are. Who cares? 108 or 151. The point is that the country is progressing, blooming, and developing rapidly and these nonsense rankings done by your owners will not stop it.
DeleteHere are some other ranks to play with you a'saab:
RANKS:
Number of Internet Users — 11 (2008 now is even more)
Number of daily newspapers & periodicals — 14 (2000)
GDP (PPP) — 18 (2009)
Current account balance — 4 (2010)
Gold reserve of government — 8 (2012)
Unemployment rate — 75 (Unemployment rate of 11.3%; Ranked from highest unemployment rate to lowest. 2009)
% of female employment in industry — 5 (2005 now much more)
Economic activity growth of females — 6 (2000)
Book titles published per year — 7 (2010)
Female to Male ratio of School enrollment — 1 (2005)
World's largest universities by enrollment — 3 (2010)
Energy Development Index — 2 (2011)
Country Rank by Top World Hospitals — 21 (2009)
Industrial production growth rate — 28 (2009)
Science & Technology Growth Rate — 1 (2010)
And these for more fun:
Tea consumption per capita — 5 (2004) Now we even consume more! LOL!
Hottest Places on Planet Earth — 1 (2005)
World's oldest trees — 3 (beat this one if you can)
GDP per capita is between 70 and 78.
Delete"Unemployment rate of 11.3%". Yeah, right!
And what is the source for the other statistics?
But, if a West-residing IRI Groupie wants to claim that an Islamist terrorist tyranny is "blooming", then go for it!
The mullahs bank accounts are blooming,LOL!!
DeleteIt is the very same link you provided yourself. OMG, how funny and pitiful. :))))))
DeleteI'm sure the view of the "blooming" is great from thousands of miles away in the West. Like I said, if you want to vomit up official IRI propaganda, be my guest, O Groupie!
DeleteThe sports of flight and flying has been very popular among Iranians for a long time now...It has less to do with politician of the day and more with Iranian free spirit. Politicians come and go, Iranian spirit remains.
ReplyDeleteAhhh - very nice pictures from Tehran (page 527)
