  1. Wait, I thought these were the "spoiled rich North Tehranis" who only represented a small minority of the population?

    1. He seems more like a Tahrimi. I will be surprised if he did. Or maybe he wrote "Reza Khan Mir 5" and castes his vote.

    2. Mark, I'm surprised you want to go there, I guess it's an easier topic than our last discussion.

To answer your question, I ALWAYS vote in US elections because they're fair and free, but NEVER in the Iranian engineered or semi-engineered elections.

I will defiantly vote in the referendum to remove our beloved supreme leader, however, hopefully from inside Iran.

    3. May be as the member of Iranian Arab minority you hasve certain issue with Iran?

Frankly the outcome is very predictable.

your comments are racist !I'm surprised it was allowed to be published !
It shows how weak you are in arguing Jabbar's political view !instead you attack his ethnicity !
for your information Iran is a melting pot composed of many ethnic groups, that is what makes this country great and this nation strong!
if you have issues with Iranian Arabs tell that to the family of 11'600 Arab fallen soldiers who fought against Saddam during the 8 year Iran-Iraq war.
I think the ONLY one who has certain Issues with Iran is ONLY you and likes of YOU as your comments here and bellow has only one very predictable outcome.
"you incite sectarian divide by your hateful racist comments"

  3. The first picture shows how far from Tehran you are, both physically and mentally. I was at Vanak Square last night and also at 7tir and all chantings against Ahmadinejad was immediately silenced by the jubilating crowd who wanted to avoid further polarization of the society.

This may come as a shock to you but the reason for the self censorship in the crowd is that they don't want to get arrested the next day, and join the thousands of political prisoners already in prison for the past four years for doing just that.

    2. Again totally negative opinion from a spiteful man, I am afraid to say!

    3. Lets face it dude the majority of people didn't vote. Those who have,"voted" against the regime policies. What ever the case, this was an engineered election to save the regimes face and give it another 4 more years.I don't see any good coming from this because the velahyat is still in charge and does what he pleases. Therefore I agree with Fazeli.

    4. it is ironic that Mr Uskowin and Mr Piruz put up with the negative babble from a member of an Arab Minority that were responsible for hijacking the Iranian embassy in London in early eighties in the name of free Arabistan. The problem is that once these poeple are free (I guess he lives in US), they will never miss any opportunity to attack Iran. Whether it is the government or people. The logic loses its value and is replaced by Spitefulness. MNy view isd if you don't like Iran because who you are why bother commentying in this blog? You might azs well join foirums that deal with Arabs in general. I am afraid I do not have time for these ogdeies!

I won't dignify your comment with a point by point response, but you should know that I exercised my propagative to let this comment be published as an illustration of racist cyber basij views. Please continue to expose your regime for what it truly is.

    7. Mr. Fazeli,
I don't necessarily agree with anon4:27 but I believe point by point and day by day you demonstrate how politically ignorant you are. Why don't you go back to your medical practice and leave politics alone, as it seems you have very little grasp of it.
Unabashedly, and of course quite ignorantly, you call the US election in comparison to Iran free and fair! That is perhaps one of the most stupid comments I have heard in a very long time here, and it just clearly shows how indoctrinated you are by your fair choice between Coca Cola and Pepsi!
It is a shame you write here. It is a shame you write at all. Nonetheless, it is fun to read your idiotic statements.
      Keep making us laugh!

    8. 4:14 AM...I presume you much rather have a liar and hypocrite like Pyruz to write his dross on these pages? And when it comes to "idiotic statements" then Pyruz wins hands down on making us laugh !

Every society has its malcontents, the best thing to do is ignore them as they are nothing more than a tiny minority

    10. That's right anon 12:14 PM "every society has its malcontents" and that's why that "tiny minority" join the basij.

Actuall a lot of them seem to wind up living in the west sniping away on sites like this and insisting that another revolution is just around the corner

    12. Anon 2:15 an apologist and hypocrite of the regime living in the west and claiming that we are the ones "sniping".
Go back to your boshgeh batche poruh.

    13. Mr. Fazeli, I believe you are responsible for single-handedly turning an analytic blog to a cheap quasi-LA tv channel website for "zedde-enghelab". You for sure can find a job with Homayoun and Nourizadeh. Why don't you move west already?

      Delete
    14. 12:10 AM... The damn "enghelab" happened 35 years ago.How long do you people like it to go on for, another 100 years? As far as is concerned the regime is "zedde-enghelab".

  4. The "elections" wont amount to a bag of beans if this charlatan regime continues on the same path. The newspaper headline is truly stupid. Should have been titled "Khamenei Gone" to make it valid. Ahmadinajad might be compared to the Shah's prime minister.
That newspaper headline is still reserved for the near future.

  5. What elections? I don't see any true elections when you still have a unelected dictator and his goons who remain in power and still not answerable to the nation.
Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

  6. How on earth can a Mullah be a reformist? They are by nature and by their studies ultra conservative. These bogus terms and labels seem to pup as often as newly created artificial soft drink flavors. Iran is known as a religious nuthouse, made famous by its current Islamic establishment. No Mullah or Ayatollah have had any formal education in the field of politics. They are just plain and simple theologians who went to religious school, graduated, and are now applying the teachings of Islam in their work as pseudo politicians. These religious zombies and their zombie minions are imposing their teachings on the people of Iran, whether they like it or not, and keeping it in place by brute force, intimidation and brain-washing.
