This and other projects are a proof to all those "naysayers", who say that "mullah's system" keeps development of the country in a backwardness, that they have "pickled" themselves in their delusions.
ReplyDeleteA possibility of exemplary successes, is the cause of all those fabricated western pretexts to prevent the Islamic Republic from achievements, which would show the world that one doesn't need to follow western stupidity in order to achieve the highest levels of developments in a short period of time..

Do you live in iran or out of iran?
DeleteDoes the thought of being deported from your current Country of residence and to iran worry you or please you?
Exactly.
Stop the iranian habit of lying to others and lying to yourself. At some point a lie becomes pathetic.
Which is nothing compared to the zionist habit of lying to others and even each other.
DeleteIran is indeed in a world class league in construction and engineering.
ReplyDeleteI guess the reason it's called Tat Mall is because it will be selling tatty things due to the tattiness of the so-called economy.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like those IRAN's U.S. and West long years of heavy pressures of illegal sanctions have mostly failed to force the great nation of IRAN into submission or more precisely, bring it to its knees. That's what IRAN indeed is.
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU MARK for the post!-once more hitting home your argument that there is need for west to forget altogether the fallacy of sanctions!!.
ReplyDeleteand Brother AF- it is true!! what Mark is doing is actually 'teaching' some Guys that Iran is not TALIBAN ERA AFGHANISTAN!
Dear B.M.A
DeleteThanks for your solidarity...
Someone commented, under this article, that I am worrying to be deported to Iran.
I am a citizen of the world, and it would be a priviledge for me to be welcomed by the honorable nation of Iran...

If the sanctions are so worthless and is hurting only the west and their companies, why the hell are you so pissed off about them and why the IRI is trying so hard to have them lifted.
DeleteGet the damn nuclear power plant from the Russians (will take another 10 years before it is ready and has already cost 4 times more) Get the damn cheap, rubbish Chinese (3:rd rate) products that they cannot dump anywhere else, not even Africa. Get the toxic Rice from India and shut up about the fruitless sanctions. If you think you are on a winning course, then why are you moaning about it. We will see the results in 5-10 years from now.
Mark, as you are very well informed about these projects, please inform us about the ownership of these projects. Who/ which entity is behind these constructions? Who will own it?
ReplyDeleteAnon 1:04 PM
DeleteSince Mark won't answer let me tell you.The entity behind these construction projects are the IRGC for money laundering and embezzlement purposes.Because end of the day when over seventy five per cent of the nation is under the poverty line(regimes own sources)having these malls built is like building a cake factory in the middle of a famine.
Second that. Iran is virtually littered with two things. private banks/finance houses virtually few meters from each other and half finished/abandoned construction sites everywhere. When I was there in 2011 they were building this mall abandoned and not finished and when I visited the same in may this year it was left as I had seen it in 2011. In a almost stagnant and hyper inflatory economy, these activities don'e make sense and do not add up so to speak. The only plausible reason is these buildings are being built to skim the Government by its own people. They buy construction material at favorible rates and sell it back to government at open market rates. The banks are there to faciliate money laundering by different groups. As another person pointed out, who is going to buy these goods (assuming there is not enough Chinese, Turkish and now Indian junk to sell). What money. Even on a heuristic workout if we assume that that 30% of pupulation do make a saving of 10% of their income, these fiogures are not good enough to sustain the current buying power from the exiusting shops. These people are either delusionists or think everyone is as gullible as themselves.
DeleteI suggest that for those who don't believe me put their money where their pen is and take a trip to Iran. Most of these people who write these fantasy notes like the one who posted this news, have not been to Iran probably since the revolution and they live in a different world far removed from the reality on the ground. Like the kids who watch nintendo games and think batman is real LOL!
Thank you both. I am obviously aware of these facts. I believe this question has to be asked of Mark Pyrouz every single time, he posts his pictures, instead of ridiculing him or the construction projects.
DeleteThe issue is not ridiculing anyone or any item. It goes beyond all that as much as you would like to portray it as a personal attack! The question is what is behind all these semi finished construction work? What purpose are they built for? I am sure you agree that there is little or no value in building something which has little commercial value. If we went back to aquare one, who on earth is going to rent this mall and in this dire economic situation who are the customers. Do wee have an answer to that. If it was your own money and investment would you venture it? I sduspect not.
DeleteMark, thanks for sharing these wonderful pics with us! I am absolutely astounded by the sheer epic scale of this project! The proportions are mythical like the seven wonders of the world! Truly amazing!
ReplyDeleteMark. We commend you on your efforts to show the real progressive Iran. Please keep on posting these achievements as it irks the hell out of the hasbara freaks and their toadies in Tehrangelis.
