  1. It has been noted by the news agencies, that first time in its history, the Islamic Republic has shown around 30 balistic missiles; the Sejils, Ghadirs, during a parade at the same time.

Somehow authors of this blog "are not interested" to provide that kind of significant information...

    1. This post represents one of the most comprehensive coverage of the Sacred Defense Parade – 2013. And you still need to act as a fortuneteller trying to read our minds!

    2. Offtopic but you should report on this Mr.Uskowi:

    3. I don't know, but could it be that Iran has implied that alone in the Tehran area, there are 30+ launching pads / possibilities ? Meaning all with solid fuel ? Meaning rapid launch ?.. You guys are the specialists, I am just guessing.

That could also mean, should there be any screwing around with Iran, It is Iran that will be penetrating and not the other way around. ;)

Whatever the case it was an impressive collection of hardware.

    4. Iran has displayed 12 Sejil and 18 Ghadr MRBMs during the parade. In such parades you normally show a sample of what you have; I don’t know why they chose displaying 30 missiles. It’s too many missiles for display purposes, and too few missiles to show the country’s entire inventory. ISNA has quoted military officials as saying Iran has enough missiles to destroy U.S. carriers and warplanes in the region. Probably by displaying 30 missiles at the parade they wanted to be taken seriously.

  3. The Pentagon has admitted that the “lethality and effectiveness” of Iran's missile systems has improved and Tehran would present a “formidable force” while defending its territory.

According to a June 29 report by the Pentagon, “Iran has boosted the lethality and effectiveness of existing systems by improving accuracy and developing new submunition payloads” that “extend the destructive power over a wider area than a solid warhead,” Bloomberg reported on Wednesday.

Congressional Research Service Iran analyst Kenneth Katzman said previous reports by the US government “always downplayed the accuracy and effectiveness of Iran’s missile forces.”

“The report [however], seemed pretty sober and respectful of Iran’s capabilities, crediting Iran with improving survivability,” Bloomberg quoted Katzman as saying.

  4. Wow they have one of those old Russian Osa missile boat "Ribbed Condom" style SS-N-2 anti-ship missile launchers. They must have taken that one off an Iraqi missile boat that defected in '91. Too bad there isn't a better shot of it, a picture of one of those in an Iranian parade would be comedic gold.

  5. The islamic regime only barks when they know they aren't being attacked.Their main enemy is the Iranian nation. They war only against the Iranian nation. And those missiles are useless against the Iranian nation.I thank khomeini for revealing what a bunch of criminals and liars mullahs are.
