Barbara Slavin, the Washington correspondent for Al Monitor and
long-time Iran watcher, reported today that Iran’s proposal at Geneva Talks
included the following:

Freeze on production of 20-percent enriched uranium.
-
Pledge to convert its 20-percent stockpile to fuel rods.
-
Relinquishing spent fuel for Arak plutonium-based reactor.
-
Ratification of IAEA’s Additional Protocol.
