Iran said it has signed an agreement with IAEA, allowing the nuclear watchdog agency expanded monitoring of all its nuclear sites, including access to the heavy-water reactor under construction in Arak and a key uranium mine, the state TV reported today.
The deal was struck with U.N. nuclear chief Yukiyo Amano.

What they have got in return?

quite a bit more will have to be done
