Helal Trade Center & Car Park in Shiraz, under construction

Another active Iranian construction effort: the Helal Trade Center and multi-story car park in Shiraz.  Envisioned are a total of eleven levels: four lower levels providing 160 commercial units, and seven upper levels providing 685 units of public parking.

This is a report by the Iranian minister of Economics about the state of the Iranian Economy.
Now keep publishing these pictures but the reality is what it is no matter how many piuctures of "half finished" projects and "Artist renderings" !
