Rotana to Open Four Hotels in Iran

Rotana, Dubai’s largest hotel operator, has signed deals to enter Iranian market with opening four hotels in Mashhad and Tehran. The properties in Iran will be opened under the company’s alcohol-free brand “Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana.”

The first two hotels will open in Mashhad – a 362-room hotel in 2017, followed by a 275-room hotel in 2018.  In Tehran, Rotana will launch two other Rayhaan properties by 2018 – a 5-star hotel housing 194 rooms and a 4-star hotel that will have 210 rooms. (TradeArabia News Service, 4 May)

      They have penthouses reserved for Hezbollah members and other assorted terrorists. Iranians won't be allowed in because they are thired class citizen.

    And here we go again with the luxury hotel stuff, Shah style, Islamic era.... such a damn , never-ending vicious circle of useless petro-oligarchs and their ill-advised priorities...
