Underscoring Crucial Stage of Talks
The top nuclear officials of Iran and the United States arrived in Geneva today to take part in nuclear talks. This is the first time that Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization chief, Ali Akbar Salehi, and U.S. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz are participating in these talks, underscoring the importance of reaching an agreement by the 31 March deadline. The U.S. Energy Department overseas the country’s nuclear programs. The presence of Salehi and Moniz in Geneva could facilitate and resolve technical issues in dispute during the negotiations. Secretary of State John Kerry will also fly to Geneva on Sunday to join Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif for two days of talks.
I predict nothing will come from these talks. Why? Because the regime stooges and IRGC will stand to lose from benefits of handouts and blackmarket economy. These past few days head of Omat Islam has voiced his opinion that it should be so.And in Omat Islam that's what matters.
ReplyDeleteBut the IRGC and the regime Stooges need to be able to send money via Swift, have bank accounts in the West, send their children to the West with all of the money they stole, & a number of other things that are being prevented by the sanctions.
DeleteAnon 5:12 AM.....I understand what you mean. But don't worry, the poor dears thought of that eventuality well in advance of the sanctions. When it comes to "personal matters" these characters are light years ahead of us.
